ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! BILLS ME TO LOOK AT A BALER FOR THREE MONTHS AND HAD A MECHANIC SHOW UP AND USE FOUL LANGUAGE TO MY CREW THEN ONLY TO BRING ANOTHER MECHANIC THAT STATES HE DOESNT LOOK AT BALER ONLY COMPACTORS AND THEN WHEN I CALL THEM THEY SAY OH WE DO NOT WORK ON THAT TYPE OF BALER AFTER THEY HAVE LOOKED AT THIS SAME BALER FOR OVER THREE MONTHS NOW!!!! WASTE OF TIME AND I WOULD NEVER CONTACT THEM! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC.
