Thieves! Do not use this company! I own a medical practice and used this company for several years to provide dosimetry badges. When their prices went up excessively, I cancelled my services (2 days after sending payment for the service). They approved the credit but never reimbursed me, even after a dozen, or more calls, a BBB investigation and legal proceedings. This company is despicable.

We have been a paying costumer for Mirion services and the first time we needed help and they didn't give all the correct information to our new Tech. It shut off our badges without us knowing. The next time when we go to read the badges there isn't any information!! While trying to figure out how it happened ( the new Tech didn't get all the information form the technical assistant from Instadose Mirion) the company in the end did not want to take any responsibility or even help credit us back our money for the time period we did NOT have their services. That is some bad costumer service!
The worst customer service I’ve ever worked with. 8 corresponding emails back in April 2019 with kirti who isn’t knowledgeable about the products or services. I asked about closing my account and sending back my device. And today 4 months later get a new invoice from the same original issue after they received my returned device. Spoke with kirti again and she still couldn’t do anything or help get the issue resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Make sure you certify your mail if you are mailing Radiation badges. If its not certified \they never received it\. Next thing you know you are being billed 50 each badge. Have had this issue with them for 3 years. Every now and then, unless of coarse they have to sign for it. Got tired and switched to instadose. No more mail ins.
Great company, always has my badges on time! If I ever have any issues then they are very courteous about it and apologize and make sure things are fixed immediately.
