Novo Design did an amazing job at remodeling our kitchen after a water leak incident. After posting the job and getting 6 bids from experienced contractors, we decided to go with Novo Design due to Valentina's professionalism and attentiveness. Valentina made a big impression on us from the very beginning due to her experience. She was also very flexible with our work schedule and budget. Most contractors in the market will do a good job at repairing your home, but not many will spend the time to design every part of your kitchen like Valentina does. She provided us a 3D visualization design of our new kitchen and floors and worked with us on multiple changes along the way. My husband and I are very happy with our new kitchen and home repairs. We highly recommend using Novo Design for your future home remodel.

Valentina and her crew were incredible! We had them refresh our bathrooms (new vanity, faucet, fixtures, etc) and they knocked it out of the park. Not only was the price very fair, but the workmanship was top notch. The crew was communicative and kept us in the loop with their progress. Overall it was a great experience and recommend Novo Design Kitchen and Bath to anybody looking to refresh a tired space.
Novo recently performed a remodel of our guest bathroom, hallway, and stairs. Valentina is very creative and has an excellent sense of style, color, and texture. She is easy to work with and takes time to understand your input and ideas. Amer and Nick are involved in every aspect of the project. They make sure that you are happy with the project's progress and are accessible whenever you have a question or concern. The crews made sure to protect our home during the remodel and also cleaned up the work area every day. They were friendly and talented. The tile work was top notch. Novo's pricing is very competitive and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a company to carry out your remodel project.

Excellent service, very professional attitude. Valentina has great taste and she was listening to me and what I want to achieve with the renovation in my house. She designed my kitchen in a perfect way to look great and to be very functional. She also was very helpful throughout the process of choosing the granite countertop and decorative tiles.
