I use Nowrx on a regular basis and I can say they have never disappointed! I get medications that are controlled in addition to my regular monthly medications delivered and they handle everything carefully and the drivers all wear masks AND gloves when they deliver contact-free. Best of all, they are flexible when I need to change my delivery day & time last minute (I have a busy schedule) and I can even do this through text! They are a top notch pharmacy with people working there that obviously loves what they do.

Quite simply, the best pharmacy experience you will ever have. They always receive prescriptions (at CVS, they always claimed they never had received them); they reach out and update your insurance or call the pharmacy that wasn't supposed to get your prescription or call your doctor to get the prior authorization. You never arrive somewhere and find the prescription isn't filled. You never wait in line (in front of that person coughing behind you) and almost never wait on the phone. No ridiculous telephone trees in which they explain lots of Covid topics for which you already know the answer. It feels as though they hired all the smart and efficient people. This is what pharmacies in the 21st century are supposed to be like. Only downside... won't fill prescription on weekend, but, hey, it's nice of them to leave some business for the other guys.
Superb service! My husband's eye drops for a procedure he's having were delivered today within hours of us leaving the surgeon's office. They called but we didn't pick up the phone but they also sent a text to my husband's phone so we contacted them back. A very nice and well mannered young lady picked up the phone and scheduled the delivery for us. The experience was simple, fast and easy and pleasant. Wonderful! We've never had such a lovely experience with a pharmacy before and will surely use them again.
They truly are 1st class. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Thank you so much.
Best service ever. I used to dread filling prescriptions at Walgreens or CVS or alike. They never had anything in stock, if they did, the line was 15 people long, and the pharmacist was like 10 staff short with phones ringing nonstop, etc... All of that is in the past with NowRX. I actually started using the service when I lived up north in the bay area and was pumped to see they also offered it in Orange County. I have been using them for about four years and couldn’t be happier.
Beyond impressed! They could not be more professional, kind, caring and accommodating---EVERY SINGLE TIME I USE THEM. I highly recommend NowRx.

Went to 3 different Pharmacies and they couldn't fill the prescription. Franceli of Sunrise Medical Group found "NowRx". Paula filled my order without any problems. Now, I don't have to reschedule surgery. Thank you....
