The previous two times I’ve come here (tattoo removal) have gone poorly. Once it took FOREVER to get the color laser to work and today she couldn’t get it to work at all so she sent me home after barely any lasering. I was still charged full price and at this point it’s far too expensive a procedure to not look elsewhere and feels like it is being drawn out unnecessarily—saying they have a PicoSure laser for colors is false advertising. The only positive is the receptionist, very sweet lady.

Diana RN was amazing with my niece. My niece had come to cost about the removal of 10 tattoos. Diana RN was ver professional but most importantly she was very kind and had a caring way with my niece that was very scared of the unknown. She gave my niece the comfort that was needed and set up a plan that would work with our finances and schedule. We are back one week later for her first appointment and she is so excited to start the process of a new beginning. I highly recommended Diana RN and OC Aesthetics.
