Very poor communication with the person who took our information, Also sent us a taxi cab to pick us up from our house. DO NOT USE this company if your traveling with children. No body returned our phone calls, plus no one verified out reservation. I should've went with my instincts that they were a bad company after the second phone call. Promises were never met. No contract, no email agreement they refused to do this. The driver was late to come to pick us up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. NOT DEPENDABLE, unless you want to cancel your whole trip ! WOULD NOT USE THEM NOR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY.
