I broke several major bones, femur, hip and shoulder, with rods, screws and pins holding me together, falling off a 12’ ladder onto a concrete patio. I asked my doctor to suggest a group who could assist me with the pain. The office staff at Drs Tafizad and Mahmoud are very rude and unprofessional and treated me as if I had a drug issue. I don’t like pills. I have a pain issue. The last thing I needed was someone telling me my pain isn’t real. As a 70 year old senior Vice President of the fifth largest bank in the US, I would encourage all my associates to stay away from this office. These people give doctors a bad name for they are not concerned about your pain, only your money.

'They DO listen, they DO care, and although I've been under the gentile care of Dr. Amir Rafizad for 15 years; I feel certain, his partner Dr. Reza Mahrou is an equal. Fate must have lead me to Dr. Rafizad 'lo those many, many years ago as the man has literally been the facilitator of life changing practices, thorough, caring eval, step by step procedures all to wit' would began their immediate impact on my nerve structure and system. My journey began as early as 20 wherein as, an active enthusiast of many sports, eventually facilitated their own journey toward injury. As pain began, I sought out; 'the best practitioners in their field', and indeed was helped. That said, decades forward ... daily life was ( and, I do reference; 'was' ) typically painful, 'oft debilitating in multitude arenas, 'no matter the practice. Now; 'today', I am pain free, elated and enthusiastic about the road ahead ... 'All due to the expertise of one soft spoken, gentle 'miracle' practitioner Dr. Amir Rafizad.

Team of staff is absolutely amazing! Went through 27 specialist before meeting the greatest one of all, Dr. Marau!!!! He saved my life! He is so caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and has outstanding team!!!! Highly recommend Pain Care Providers. They have given me \hope\ and the tools to deal with my chronic Fibromialgia! !!! The very BEST!

I love my Dr. Rafizad, he makes sure I'm safe, he's compassionate, and understanding...i never have to wait, not even 5 minutes.. he had been able to keep my pain maintained for 5 years, he's the only pain Dr. I've ever seen,and will ever see, thank you for all the gentle practices you use in carrying for your patients... I have been seeing Dr. Reza Mahrou for about a year and a half now, and I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from acute or chronic pain! He truly is THE BEST physician I have ever had. If my health insurance ever changes, I will make sure I choose one he takes so I can continue to come here. I can find another primary care physician, etc. but I highly doubt I will come across another pain management specialist as good as Dr. Mahrou!
