Jay, did a thorough job on my clients condo. My client the buyer was not able to attend the inspection, neverthe less he found the written report very helpful, it was simple and clear to understand. I called Pillar To Post Home Inspectors to schedule an inspector to come to my home. Mr. Jay Engel came over promptly and did a thorough inspection checking on the plumbing, electrical, the roof and attic. He also checked on evidence of any water damage, heating and air conditioner, and other items on his list. He was very professional and what was more impressive to me is that he allowed me to be around while he did the inspection and was very patient and kind and explained . Jay did a thorough inpsection for us as a buyer. He delivered a easy to follow report with elaborate information on each of the observation he made and gave the report on time. I could find every detail I needed in the report which made our job easy when it came to following up on those with the seller.
