I returned the CPAP machine about 2 years ago and settled the bill. This weekend I received and Explanation of Benefits from Blue Shield. Why are they putting the claim through again????? What worries me the most is that these people could potentially damage my credit by reporting an outstanding balance that I settled over 2 years ago!!! EXTREMELY POOR ADMINISTRATION!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!

First impressions. I went in January to get my CPAP machine and got a 40-minute lesson on how to use the machine, maintenance, and supply information. I thought the instructor went very fast and seems a bit impatient about questions. Our group of six had a hard time keeping notes and each one selected their mask. After, she went to each of us for instruction on putting on the mask. Their Irvine office seems like a warehouse than an office. Six months later, the doctor ordered another kind of mask because I was having trouble adapting to it. I called the number the sleep doctor gave me. Never under any circumstances, call because you get transferred from office to another and put on hold each time. I was transferred about 4 times and finally called customer service. Very frustrating experience
Don't listen to the people that work here. They do not know what they are doing. You can call and talk to one person and get one answer, then talk to someone else a different time and get a completely different answer. Then when you tell the manager that they are promising different things, he simply says sorry I cannot help you. Check with your doctor or insurance before using this company.
I was very apprehensive about going to this place for the Cpap machine as I had my sleep test in December and I just received my machine May 1st! I was very pleasantly surprised! When I arrived, I was fifteen minutes early; the receptionist asked me to have a seat and a tech would be with me. Less than five minutes Sean asked me to go into the training room and asked if I would like some ice water; since I was still ahead of the other two folks that had appointments in the same room, Sean talked to me and I was very impressed with his presentation; patience as he was showing three older women how to use the machine, etc. I wasn't too excited to be in a room with others, but the way Sean talked to us, answered questions and made us very comfortable. If future service is compared to this satisfying experience, I will be VERY happy!!
Half the time I didn't get my tanks. Customer Service is a nightmare. Every week was a challenge. They now are not supplying o2 tanks without notice to me or insurance. Came and wanted to take my concentrator and I refused until I got a replacement. Horrible business. Rate them O !!
I have been waiting for my supply from this place. After one month i still did not get it. I had call and call , every time the person that work there told me it will be at my place in a couple days. But, none coming. I give up and feel sorry for the workers. Good bye.
Awful company. Three months ago we contacted them to get a kit. Wasn't ready and they said they would deliver it. Didn't come. Contacted again and finally it arrived with no instructions that were supposed to be in the kit. Did the test and returned it. We still have not received the results. Our doctor said he couldn't get the results either. Next step is to contact Newport Physicials and everyone who is involved. Stay away from this company, it's a waste of time. We have had another encounter with this company. My husband had his knee replaced. The hospital sent us home with a walker and a cane and told us they were free. Then we get a bill in the mail from LifeCareSolutions with no mention of what the bill was for so I called and ask. First they said it was for a walker we got last summer. We got it in December and were told by the hospital it was free. I told them to come pick it up.
Wow, been on hold for 6:46, finally getting thru now. I have a sinking feeling that things are not going well here. I think it's the usual healthcare market stuff - like working with the government..."we are experiencing a high call volume...will call you within two working days????@#(%* Really. Ouch these guys do suck...
