I went in this past June for wisdom teeth removal and they said they would give me claim to my insurance right away which would take 4-8 weeks. After the 9th week I called met insurance and they said they never received a claim from them. This office never got back to me. I went to another place in Anaheim and they were so much quicker and helped me with my pain. Don’t come here.

I posted an earlier review criticizing them, I did try to give them a fair shake - instead of addressing my concerns, their office manager pulls me aside and complained about my review, asking me, before my appointment, if I would take it down or not, giving me her thoughts on how she thinks she is doing. I disagreed. She reiterated, I disagreed again, I stated they had affected my health, she denied. She adamantly states that they sanitize everything and that even though she was not present during my last appointment, the resulting pain and infection wasn't their fault. They then put me in a room, for an entire hour, to send a tech, in to explain they hadn't gotten a correct impression last time (as I stated they hadn't, in my previous review), and they still weren't done with my crown after 3-4 weeks, it will be another 4 weeks. It would be one thing if they actually had finished the work today, but they proved what I stated before. Dentist didn't even bother to come in, after an hour. My insurance has also told me, right after this, that this office has failed to give requested information on two of my teeth, which can result in claim denials if they fail to receive. Is this how we treat people? Confront them before appointments and hold their healthcare hostage over criticisms? Funny. Cute.

Back in June 2020 I came to this office in referral from my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I did a consultation and x-rays, normal stuff and the staff were nice. I was told they needed to receive approval for the procedure, I had assumed so and said ok. I waited two months and I did not hear back, so I called and they said it had come through and we set up an appointment. Then a day before my appointment I got a call that my appointment was to be cancelled, the doctor's schedule had \changed\ and that my approval still had not come through. A few months passed, they would call once a month to make an appointment which did not line up with my work schedule. And then finally in December, I was able to make an appointment that worked. Finally when I went in to my appointment this month, I was greeted by office staff who were not organized, asking me if I needed oxygen and sedation and what my \pain tolerance\ was...I had not been informed of which the process would be. They told me that it would cost 400 for a \blue pill\ which they described as an anti-anxiety pill and numbing cream.... and that I would be awake during the procedure. This started my anxiety level to rise, I did not know I would be awake for the procedure as most patients have Anethesia for this procedure. They told me I would be charged if I wanted Anethesia by IV and that the Anethesiologist only came on friday and saturday. They asked what I wanted to do, and at this time I was so anxious I told them I was leaving. They said they would call to schedule an appointment in which I told them to not bother, I would not be coming back. I decided to write this review after seeing that there are patients that have had terrible experiences at this office as well.

Outstanding dental office! I had my first appointment yesterday and was very impressed with the staff and Dentist—-they take their time, explain fully, are helpful and caring! My experience left me with hope for my teeth and TMJ issues.

All i can say, no sympathy.. rough treat! the doctor as if she has no sympathy!!! She did not bother to have a smile or feelings while explaining things to me.. She preferred to extract all my teeth rather than retreat them and save me simply because if suits her greedy needs.. i can see the quality of their service as well from their staff choices.. angry aggressive, i have not heard a please or thank you or even a kind smile while being there , when ever someone wants something they shout out disrespectfully again i did not see any kindness/ sympathy .. and trust me to have compassion from your doctor is half of the treatment you need.. because outwardly, you will feel like a senseless object in their hands they control .!! I definitely felt discriminated by the doctor and the staff..!!
