I had cool life stucco applied to my house. The initial application was fine, however he let product and paint run all over my newly stamped and painted front porch. Soon after I had this done I began to have a lot of cracking. I called and they came back out and fixed it with no problem. But when he painted the corners with spider webs and or spiders he painted rt over them so I have peach dead spiders and spider webs in the corners on my porch. Now I have massive cracks 5 years later (but I understand I live in California, earthquake country) I've called three times but have yet to get a call back. Its funny how I didn't have to beg them to do the initial job and take my money but now because its a lifetime free maintenance job nobody will come honor my contract. Let's keep in mind that I payed 20,000 for this stucco and it didn't include my garage. Im done being nice to these ppl.

SGI did our shower and tub surround. They were always on time, neat and courteous. Having had multiple home projects, these folks were solid. SGI and the crew are friendly and respectful of your time. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it...almost unheard of in our experience so far.
SGI Home Improvement preys on the elderly. They will go out of their way to explote an opportunity, and they currently trying to scam my 90 year old grandparents and will not leave them alone. They call repeatedly, trick them into setting appointments, then throw every excuse in the book while we try to get them to leave the house. Numerous times we have come to visit only to find these guys in their home, walking around trying to hard sell them on gutters, termites repairs, etc for thousands of dollars of their savings. We have asked them multiple times to stop calling and leave them alone. Our elderly, seniors, parents, and grandparents are our great gifts on this earth. I encourage you not support the predatory practices of SGI Home Improvement.
I wouldn't give any stars, but I had to in order to post this review. Horrible, horrible service. They are scammers that try to prey on individuals. I had them come out for an estimate, when they arrived another company was there for something totally different, later they told me they could do the same job the other contractor was going to do. Long story short, when it came time to provide me with an estimate, the representative just wrote a number on a piece of paper, he had no measurements to display, no pictures of the service he was going to provide no nothing. I asked him to leave, but he stayed and argued with me for 5 minutes. No use this company!
I very pleased with SGI service, honesty, work ethics and completing my project ahead of schedule. If you are looking for a Home Improvement contractor, SGI is the one to reach to.
SGI is a crap company very rude reps and workers do not waste your time with them
