I got a pair of Phonak hearing aids from other place for 2500 and this place gave me pricing for the exact same hearing aid for 10,190. This Sonus and their parent company Serendipity Hearing is a rip off business specially for elderly people that has no idea of how much hearing aids cost. My time with them has been totally wasted and I have to change my health insurance to old insurance plan I had so I can go back to old place where I got the hearing aids for 2500. The audiologist who tested my ears was very nice, but this review is for the company and the manager that gave me this ridiculous pricing.

My friend who is an elderly went to this clinic. The people there are wonderful. My friend is very happy with the new device. She said that the device helped her being more herself. She would recommend other elderly friends who have a need to get examined at this clinic.

Although I moved to Long Beach, CA from Irvine about 15 years ago, I return regularly for the really great service that I receive there. I was so overwhelmed when I first began wearing hearing aids, but Liz Tucker was so patient as she helped me adjust to all the new sounds - traffic noise, chirping birds, etc. Recently, I purchased the absolutely best hearing aids that I have ever had! They are really high tech, but easy to use -Phonak Audeo Q ! There is no noisy feedback when I hug someone or use the phone. ! I love them!
