I was in so much pain with a swollen tonsil and inflammation in my throat and mouth. I had already seen two doctors who told me I had caught a virus or bacterial infection. After a week, I reached out to Dr. Kaufman since my symptoms were getting worse and I was getting weaker and the pain was running me down. Dr. Kaufman was so accommodating and saw me right away. Within a few minutes of talking to me and looking at my throat he diagnosed me and told me I had acid reflux which had caused all the damage. Then he drained my tonsil to remove the abscess that was causing the pain. He told me to get in touch with him if I wasn't getting better. He checked on me daily and helped me recover. If it wasn't for Dr. Kaufman's care I would have suffered so much more pain and ended up in the ER. When you get to Dr. Kaufman, you can be sure you are in good hands and he will take care of you. Best Dr. experience ever!!

Dr Kaufman was great, understanding, and caring. Would recommend his practice, nice and clean. The exam room has air purifiers, and its obvious this practice cares about healthy air.

It's not often you visit a Doctor and experience a friendly helpful staff, very little wait time being shown into the exam room and the Doctor's quick arrival. Dr. Kaufman has an excellent exam room manner and an easy communicator. Knows his stuff!

IN AND OUT SATISFACTION I received cordial and professional welcome. and was seen promptly. The doctor was also very thorough but did not waste any time in giving me an examination and providing full details re: the outcome. This was a pleasant departure from most other physicals where I wait and wait (in the \waiting\ room). I was completely satisfied.
