Great doctors and nurses. I always feel well taken care of there.

As this company has grown the care for human pain, suffering, & time has become completely nonexistent. Specialist take months sometimes 6 to get appointments for then they get canceled because that doctor no longer works there. Then you get a new doctor after seeing fill ins & nurse practitioners & you show up to your appointment to be told sorry we forgot to call you to tell you he isnt in today. For a year my husband & I have been going through this. I think it's time to find a new system to try & fight through because after a year we fill especially with his care we have made zero progress & he just keeps getting worse because there doesn't seem to be a doctor available to treat him. St Joseph Heslth should be ashamed of themselves. When my doctor joined them back in the 90s the care was still the same high level & standard as a private doctor's office. However as this network has grown it has become worse than Kaiser.
