They are bad. Please be careful before you sign up with them. I have been trying to cancel my website for a year and still have been unable. Every time you contact them to cancel, you get a different answer as when your expiration is. PLEASE PLEASE be careful before signing up with them.

They supposed to provide me a website and a mobile ,I never received the mobile app they agreed to provide. I had too many problems with the website and asked them to fix but never heard back from them. Their customer service is not satisfactory. After several useless efforts, I had to ask them to cancel my subscription, they yelled at me and hang up phone. I emailed them several times call them constantly and left messages, but no response. I had to ask my credit card company to stop paying them. So now after several months I received a bill from a collection company. Even if I try to call the collection company it goes to the Superlative answering machine and no one responds back.I wish I could give them negative star .please don't waste your time and money .
