What a treat! Nestled in the corner of a 99 Ranch fairly Asian complex features a low-key Sam Woo with moderately-priced, high-quality comfort HK-style Chinese food. The food here alone deserves full 4 Stars, but service is what really stood out for me. A no-nonsense wait staff that offers spectacularly fast service, with a elite team of busboy and counter cashier's, a team of 4 can handle the work-load normally reserved for double! As someone who has worked in restaurants, excellent service really stands out for me.

Have been to this restaurants many times, often by friend's requests. Never understood why they are always busy. We thought the food was oily, full with MSG, and always tastes too sweet. The dim sum are mediocre. But some of our friends seem to like the restaurant a lot. Both their English name S.W. or their Chinese name (same pronunciation but different characters) tries to copy Sam Woo. The real Sam Woo is better than this fake S.W. in my opinion.

Came here on a craving for warm noodle soup: got the house meatball noodle soup: make sure that you get a big bite of everything so the tastes balance each other out. The noodles were incredible and even the vegetables were great! wish we could try more of the other stuff.

5 Stars for the cheapest yet very delicious dim sum during brunch hours on the weekend. Although they could expand their variety, you can not beat their price. 6-8 dim sum dishes with a plate of honey walnut shrimp for about 20 is unbeatable.

Bad service!!! Not so good Chinese food. Not so clean dinning environment.

One of the best local spots for great authentic seafood. Come for cheap Dim Sum at lunch and dinner has some large portions. I almost dont want to leave a review because I want to keep this place to myself.

The restaurant looked dated, the food is not fresh enough. Xiao Long Bao's are stuck together. Not an overall nice experience.
