Our home warranty company, Fidelity, sent these guys out. Normally Fidelity sends great repair people, but that was definitely NOT the case with these guys. They were terrible. Not only did they lack in communication skills, but they had no idea what they were doing. They came three times over the course of a month and didn’t fix the oven or range. In fact, they did more damage than good. Fidelity sent another guy out and he diagnosed the problem within minutes, started the actual repair, and got us up and running again. He explained that techno had installed improper parts and clearly didn’t know what they were doing. He reported them to a Fidelity as doing an improper repair job. I think these guys are running a scam with the home warranty company and collecting fees when they are not qualified to do the repairs. If I’m wrong and that is not the case, then they need to take some more classes on repair work, improve their communication skills and politeness, and bathe every day or so (they had horrific body odor on one of their visits and stunk my whole kitchen up for an hour after they left). Beware and don’t hire these guys!
Fast and efficient work. From the moment that I have reported a problem to them, right on the next day they have came in and fixed an issue. Nice job.
I am writing this because i have noticed how underrated this company is. I had problems with my dishwasher for a while now up until they have came in and ended up fixing the problem. In the matter of fact my problem was solved right after they came in. Great Company, would recommend.
Excellent service! Fast and reliable! Another satisfied customer. My high-end refrigerator Sub-Zero stopped cooling. First, I called another repair company, they charged me for diagnostics and were not able to fix it. Then I called Techno Appliance, and Roman a very nice and polite gentleman on a phone was able to schedule a same-day service appointment for me because my food was getting bad in a fridge. A technician came right on time, determined the problem and luckily had the right part just with him in his car. Installed a part within an hour and my refrigerator was back in business! Extremely satisfied with the service! Thank you so much guys!
Came out to service an appliance. Stood in front of the appliance for a few minutes and said he wasn’t certified. Then he turned and left. Why would you take a work order in an appliance with model number and year , drive all the way to the customer’s home to not fix the problem? What a waist of time.
