I love this place, everything is always fresh. However I tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich and I was very disappointed. There was no hot sauce or spice, just a ton a salt. For a regular chicken sandwich, it was ok. But to call that a Nashville Hot is just a lie

First time ordering from this restaurant and definitely the Last. The chef needs to attend a culinary course on cooking meat. I ordered medium well burger. When it arrived it was completely uncooked and pink inside. Not to mention the fact that it was hard and impossible to chew at all. I had to throw it out after one bite. I seriously pray that it was not totally spoiled. I have never done reviews that are negative, however, this meal justified my time in doing so. I had it delivered so of course I incurred numerous fees in addition to the totally overpriced burger that was way undercooked and hard as a rock. No restaurant that is not a drive-through should ever be allowed to sell such low grade and rancid meat to the public. This food should never ever be consumed the way this establishment prepares their meat. I know for a fact that other customers have been ill from eating here. Food poisoning is No joking matter, and restaurants need to be cognizant of this fact when purchasing beef and serving it to the public while charging for premium meat. Total Waste of Money.

I had the bacon bbq burger. It was legit the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Well seasoned, and the onion rings were crispy. I forgot to ask to take tomatoes out bc I don’t like them, but I just picked them out. The fries were delicious! Will be coming back in a couple of days & getting the same thing. I don’t come to Irvine often so I’m hoping the counter that’s closer to me tastes as good as this one!

Burgers are built custom and made to order! You literally fill out a menu of choices... 1/4lb, 1/3lb, or 1/2lb of beef, or veggie patty on whatever type of bread you like. I personallylike the Hawaiian bun. There are about 10 difference sauce choices, you can add lettuce, dill pickles, your choice of cheese (including provolone, American, swiss, gouda, etc), bacon, guacamole, pineapple, tomatoes, and a variety of other things. In the end, it comes out to one big fattening burger... but super delicious! Yum!

This is by far the best burger I've ever tasted. I don't have a picture of it but wow i can't wait to eat their again. I really hope they don't change anything cause it was great. The fries where ok but i can't say enough about the hamburger . You guys rock.
