Absolutely superb! Never had an issue in all my years visiting it, which recently has been quite frequent! The receptionists will do everything in their power for you, and if they can't it's quite simply because they can't! All the docs I've seen have been very thorough. Any future appointments are made no hassles. They'll ensure its on a date that best suits you. Also the quality on nurse is second to none. Very helpful and informative. The phlebotomists are very experienced at what they do with as little pain as possible. Just superb. So, honestly it is a superb surgery. I anything it could do with some modernising inside, but I like it just the way it is. Thanks for everything......so far.

Service for booking an appointment is shocking. Desk Staff very unhelpful and rude. Unclean surgery.

I have had one doctor that is great. But went not long ago because I was throwing up for 13 days straight, the doctor I got forgot how to check blood pressure, sat there and just said mhm with the look of no care in her face what so ever. Went in once before to a doctors about anxiety and his office was a mess, crisp packets on the floor, shirt unbuttoned and withtie hangng off, window open and tissues flying about. Unclean environment and it's a joke how much people don't care anymore

127 call attempts since 8am finally get connected at 8.36 to be told by staff no appointments left for today “do you feel it’s something that needs seen to today”? Arghhhh frustration at the total lack of empathy! no wonder A&E struggle with unnecessary admissions. Better management of primary care services required in North Ayrshire!!

Never had any issues. They give you appointments based off severity and they have a good eye for it, in and out same day, with desired refferals to the NHS both times.
