Friendly people at this dealership. Took 13 days to get my car back with no loaner. Defective water pump was replaced under my extended warranty. Service said part availability was the issue, be that as it may, regular updates would have been helpful. Too early to tell if the workmanship is high quality or not.

I brought my 2020 Ford Explorer in for its first service and was assisted by Paul Parsons whom was overwhelmingly friendly and courteous. He took my information quickly inspected my vehicle and really made me feel welcome to the Ford Family. The wait was not long at all. Paul offered transportation if I needed and or I could wait in the lobby with complimentary coffee and use the computer room with internet access if needed which I chose to. I’m definitely going to keep bringing my vehicle here for services with Paul Parsons and also make my recommendations to others to use Tuttle Click Ford and to ask for Paul Parsons when they do. I’m in the Automotive business myself and know how important it is to feel peace in mind when you are getting premier service as this dealership did for me especially Paul.
