I would have rated zero if I could. This was the 2nd visit with my mom. The first visit was running 30 minutes late but we waited. I asked that they schedule her next appointment for fist thing in the morning (today). Ran late again - I asked why. They said am emergency. Really? A Otolaryngology emergency? When we were called back 28 minutes after the appointment time my mom asked the oto. if they always ran this late. Her reply \sometimes.\ Not even an apology. I said to her that it was rude to do that. She told us we were welcome to go elsewhere. We did. Please note - no patient had left the office, nor did we see anyone checking out in the hall; so yes! the emergency excuse was BS!
