Vickie was amazing!! I recently moved across the country and had to rent out my OC condo quickly. I was worried about getting it rented seeing as I wasn't even in the state, but Vickie handed everything perfectly! She kept me informed every time she had a showing/whenever there were updates and found a renter super quickly. Vickie was always super friendly and very knowledgable. I'll definitely be using her in the future!

Vickie is a very professional realtor. I recently had a property that needed to rent out. After I contacted realtor Vickie, she and her team listed my property in a couple of days! Even before I asked her, she already did more than 20 showings over a weekend, and provided me with all the information of the applicants with a thorough, clear summary sheet. She filted applicants carefully and provided me with great suggestions. She had great patience to work with me, she walked me through everything. It’s was such an easy, speedy process to get things done when I worked with her! Totally beyond my expectations! Highly recommended!

Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 10/13/2020 Thank you Vickie for helping me with the process of buying my dream first home! Buying a home as a first time buyer is intimidating. I had no idea with the process entailed, especially during COVID times. I first reached out to Vickie in June , we scheduled a phone call and she walked me through the entire process of purchasing a home. She told me exactly what to expect and what I needed to do to prepare myself (such as getting pre-approved for loans& shopping for mortgages) . Buying a house feels like learning a new language. There were so many terms I did not understand especially when it came to the loans. Vickie explained it to me in a way I could understand. Vickie is very knowledgeable with the Orange County area and the process of buying new construction homes in Irvine. She is very patient and quick to respond to all my questions via phone calls, texts, and emails. She is also very thoughtful and worked around my schedule because I work nights. Flash forward to September, we closed escrow on a new constructed home. People say that buying a home is stressful, but Vickie made the entire process feel very easy. I am so happy I found Vickie through yelp, because I can't imagine having anyone else as my realtor for my first home.

Vickie is the BEST! Vickie helped my friends and I find a home to rent extremely faster than how our search was originally going. With COVID-19 going on, the stress of finding a house was diminished once we got the help of her and Colette! Before, it would take us many days before even getting a response back about tours and with Colette and Vickie, we were able to get tours within the same day at very convenient times for us. Honestly, we were a pretty picky on our house search and Vickie and Colette were able to help us find multiple houses that fit all of our criteria. They were so helpful during these times and even made sure we were able to comfortably tour houses by ourselves due to the pandemic (before we found them, we would have to tour with TONS of people in one house). Vickie is very knowledgeable at what she does and very prompt with any questions - I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell, buy, or rent a home.
