Avoid at all cost. We only used them once or twice since our dentist sold his business to Western Dental. They billed me a year after the service was performed indicating their 'audit' found unpaid amount due. Requested additional details (e.g., itemized list of procedures, amt billed to insurance, etc.), but I did not receive any. My guess is they over-billed the insurance company and trying to recoup when the insurance company did not pay. This company is not ethical at all.

Everything about each experience here was a disaster, from the scheduling, to the inability to ever get anyone on the phone, to the ridiculously long wait times upon arrival for an appointment, to the lack of communication between parents and staff of any sort, concluding when we sought to have our son’s braces removed a month early because we were moving out of state, when they fought us tooth and nail to not have to remove them. Once finally off, they managed to leave cement on my son’s teeth that we were unaware of until our dentist noted it and that it was staining my son’s back teeth GREEN. They are grossly incompetent and I would avoid this establishment at ALL COSTS.

I would give this place a -10 if I could. They don’t look like they’re interested in keeping their clients. I’ve had issues with scheduling. I have scheduled appointments, I get text reminders and calls. But when you get there they tell you “No you’re not on the list.” In addition, the wait time is unreasonable. And they’re even unapologetic about their messy scheduling. They make it seem like it’s your fault for trusting a text reminder. They cancel your appointments 30 minutes before your set schedule. They don’t have any respect for their customers hours. Stay away from this place.

I simply called to ask what the range is for a composite filling and i was hung up on TWICE. Apparently they expect me to go into their facility and sit there, get a consultation before I am even told what their range in price is. I find this practice nonsense. Other dental offices told me over the phone 150-250 but that they need to see the tooth. Obviously, I don't expect them to commit to a price without seeing the tooth, but Western Dental is RUDE and chooses to hang up on people instead of offering customer service.
I would give 0 star if I could. We arrived 15 min ahead for our appointment, checked-in, but never been called for two hours. People checked-in after us are all called and we were still waiting. The front desk doesn't know how much longer we need to wait, not a rough estimate, and their explanation for people jumping the queue is that is how the doctors been assigned. We are there just for my son's regular check and teeth clean, how come no doctor can be assigned to do that??? This place is a joke, the management is such a mess. We decided left the place and find a different place for my son.
