Every PM or scheduled visit resulted in work and problems with my HVAC which allegedly showed up when their tech did. Items and systems in good working condition were left damaged or broken at the hands of their “repair” team. I would steer clear of these folks for any HVAC work.

The worked on our building. They couldn't follow the engineer's plans for circuit locations in the panels, so they used an 'as built' (normal). They could not even get those panel schedules correct!!! I wouldn't trust them to change the batteries in my kids toys! 15 year commercial electrician.

The driver of vehicle 1045 is a total a--! Pulled into 50 mph heavy flowing traffic. Slammed on my breaks (50 mph to 5 mph). The driver sped off, doing over 60 in a 45. Thanks for the seatbelts bruises, thanks for destroying fragile items in my car, and thanks for putting my life, as well as the lives around me, in danger for your horrific driving skills.

Management and accounting processes need to be improved. We were wrongly invoiced / billed for a service that did not occur in our office. After the error was pointed out, it took MONTHS of trying to communicate with the accounting department to correct the clear billing error. Finally, when a decision maker was found at the company’s, a refund check was ultimately produced. I assume that this is an uncommon occurrence, but the company should look into why this happened to avoid future unhappy customers
