Hannah Stone was great! She was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We bought a beautiful truck and she had it cleaned and ready to go when we arrived. All the paperwork was ready and we spent hardly any time inside the dealership.

I would never ever recommend Clay Cooley Dodge to anyone!!! I regret buying my truck there!! The salesman was very nice but the finance guy was beyond pushy!!! Wouldn't take No for an answer on buying extended warranty but finally came down from 8,000 to 2,500 & I bought. But he failed to offer me GAP ins & I forgot after all the pressuring so I didn't get it. On top of that while we were in his office his boss was cursing a salesman out at the top of his lungs with the F word literally at least 20 times. SCREAMING with the door shut we heard clearly! The finance guy even went out & told him he had customers in there but he didn't let up at all. It went on for about 10 min. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If I hadn't loved the truck I would have walked out right then!! We had all papers done previously on the phone approved & all. I was suppose to come in & sign papers & go because I had another appointment.I was told it would be very quick. We were there 4 HOURS!!! We sat at a table for 3 hours waiting on finance guy! Then the salesman & the manager both told me they'd call & see if they could get me a 2nd key from the previous owner. I've reached out to both of them multiple times with no response from manager & the salesman has said a few times, let me check. It's been 2 months & NOTHING!! Also, I wrote them an email asking for a response a week & 1/2 ago still NO RESPONSE!!! My daughter was about to buy a truck within 2 weeks of me & I told the manager BUT I GUARANTEE you no-one I know will ever be recommended to buy from Clay Cooley!
