I have been trying to get a hold of my case manager Paul Cervantes for a while and have had no luck contacting him. My accident happened nearly a year ago and my treatment has been completed for well over a month. I am ready to get this matter resolved. Each time I call, I am unable to get in touch with him and no one else is able to assist me with my case, per the receptionist. I am disappointed in how my case has been handled and would like to speak with someone as soon as possible. I hired this firm to assist me through a difficult situation and they have failed to meet my expectations as a client. They have not handled my treatment as promised or followed up timely. Would not recommend this firm to assist through a claim.

Ian Nelson was the attorney assigned to my case. He was great! Very sharp, honest and responsive. I had no problem getting him on the phone whenever I had a question. He was very helpful! I never felt pressured to have anything done that I didn't want to do and they even allowed me to change to a different physical therapist that was much more expensive. My back now feels much better after having 3 herniated discs. I am happy with the overall experience and outcome.

Michael Uvalle’s team doesn’t come to play, they come to slayyyy! Okay huntny! After I was involved in a car wreck, I was referred to to them one of their representatives, Madison Wilson. Within a few hours, she had me on the phone with Carlos who asked me a quick series of questions and told me they could help represent me. Not even 24 hours later Mayra Navarro, the representative who was going to be representing me reached out and got me all set up for physical treatment and was very knowledgeable answering all my Questions. My insurance agent was being a real butt, however, Mayra Did a great job putting her in her place and making sure that the process moved forward. Very quick, efficient, and well communicative team.

I was in a car accident a 4 weeks ago and I called Uvalle Law Firm the same day so I didn’t have to talk to the other drivers insurance company. Olga did my intake and got everything she needed from me and set me up for therapy very smooth process. Charmiesha Kidd who was assigned to be my case manager has been very response in answering questions regarding my case also keeping me updated on the progress and next steps I never had to wonder about what was going on she has kept me very informed. Now that I’ve completed therapy and back 100% now we are to the settlement process which I know they will do a great job on getting what is owed to me!! I would recommend Uvalle Law Firm to anyone they get the job done!!

I work in management for a medical care provider that treated a patient who was represented by Uvalle Law Firm. I had an issue with a staff member. Within the hour, Daisy Rocha who works for the firm, called me. Daisy was extremely professional and understanding and listened to what the issue was and politely and respectfully we had a discussion on both sides of the issue. She made sure that the staff member and issue was addressed and she worked diligently to rectify the situation. Although my initial interaction was not good, I must say that the Uvalle Law Firms swift recognition of a problem and their willingness to make things right to me means that in a difficult field, they are going above and beyond to help their clients as well as the vendors they interact with. Kudos to Daisy and the Uvalle Law Firm!
