Dr Harper is always a pleasure and her staff is wonderful. The hygienist was personable, gentle but thorough. I don’t typically see the dentist unless there is an issue which is new for me because I am used being examined. However, I continue to return for my cleanings! Thank you all for such good care.

I will assume that all issues are COVID related because all of our brains are scrambled right now. Appointment was at 11:00am. I was not called into the building until 11:13am. 1. Receptionist/Front Office- Extremely nice, helpful and pleasant. Explained the sanitation fee of 15...that is paid upfront. Not sure if this for every visit or one time fee. I will check on that. 2. Technician- Explained thoroughly what she was about to do and what her goal was. Had a tough time with the equipment and got kind of annoyed with it. Which is totally understandable. 3. Dr. Harper completed exam. There was some playful banter, great attitude. However, nothing was ever discussed with me. I was lead to the lobby area to wait. I had no idea what the findings of the exam were. Which leads me to... 4.Closeout/Billing Coordinator- extremely nice. She delivered the results of my exam when she presented me with a detailed treatment plan. I have not idea how we skipped over the talk with the patient part of the visit. I had no idea I had cavities and needed to get fillings until she was going over the plan. Me being annoyed that my appointment started late and no one even bothered to alert me office running behind nor was there an apology. Since my appointment started late, I left late at 12:45 to get to my next appointment. I didn’t so much as get a toothbrush as a parting gift. However, because I have started treatment here, I did book my next appointment. I am hoping this was just a one off kind of day.

Dr Harper establishment is 10/10 . The customer service is top tier and they are always super nice and accommodating. I recently completed a deep cleaning and they made the process as seamless it can be. Even during this “pandemic” time that we are in, safety and customer service was awesome!!!

I loved my experienced at Smiles of Irving! Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and personable-- visiting with them made my whole morning. Also, I was having some trouble getting my insurance verified, and they were very patient and helpful and willing to work through every obstacle. Not only did they get things figured out for me, but they did it with professionalism and kindness. It warmed my heart! I'm looking forward to going back!

Dr. Harper has been my dentist for about 4 years now. I always look forward to my dentist appointments; simply because she’s an amazing doctor! Always very pleasant, professional and prepared. Her staff is also another reason why I’m a happy patient. They’re a wonderful team. Thank you all again for always being warm and welcoming!
