Everything went smoothly with them from start to finish. They were very knowledgeable about every aspect of the project and were able to answer any and all questions I had. There was never any pressure to buy and I always felt that they wanted to make it happen only if it made sense for me. They laid out a couple different system sizes for me and the different pricing and energy output for each which was great. Once I agreed to proceed with them they took care of essentially everything from working with my electric company for approvals and applying for the kickback programs. This process takes a couple of months to happen but they were very responsive whenever I reached out to them for updates. As soon as everything was in order they reached out and were able to setup an install date. When they came to install, they were on time and very respectful and accommodating. They walked me through everything they'd be doing and showed me how all of it worked and fit together. The finished product looks awesome, very sleek and looks well put together. Once everything was installed, they helped me setup an account to be able to monitor my systems output and walked me through how to use the website and app. This all happened this past week so now I'm just anxiously awaiting the meter swap out from National Grid. As I mentioned at the beginning, I had a great experience with them throughout the whole process. Anyone looking into get solar should give them a call.

After spending more than a year researching solar/solar companies, I settled on Isaksen Solar. Ryan was one of the most professional and honest business owners I’ve ever met. He was informative every step of the way, and honored every word he said. He answered all of my questions and was extremely responsive. My system has been up and running for a month and a half, and I’m realizing this is probably one of the best decisions that I’ve made. I highly recommend this company above all others - the experience was A from beginning to end - and Ryan went really above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.
Brad and his team are amazing! They are so nice, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Not pushy at all. They truly believe in solar and are just trying to help people and the world. We were on the fence about solar at first. But after they explained the process and what to expect, then gave us time to think so we were secure in our decision, we went forward with our project. And we have been so thankful ever since. And I am so glad that we used Isaksen. They answered all our questions, kept us updated on what was happening and were totally accurate with all their information. They truly have customer service that goes above and beyond. And their product is dependent and reliable. Switching to solar has absolutely saved us money and improved our house. And choosing Isaksen to install our system made it so easy. Their team made us feel comfortable every step of the way and were always there to support us.
Chris Johnson was very straight forward right from the start. He promptly answered all of our questions and made our decision quite easy. I watched most of the installation and any questions I had were fully answered for me. I personally checked to make sure they hit every beam when anchoring the system and also checked for leaks at the first heavy rain. I found all workmanship to be outstanding. They then completed all the preparation and walked me through the process of tying in to my electricity provider and the Smart Program. I'd do it again! Hats off to Isaksen Solar! They're clearly the best!
Working with Ryan was extremely easy. He was extremely professional, responsive and helped me throughout the entire process and even continues to help today. He thoroughly laid out all of my options rather than pushing me in one direction like a few other companies had done.
