We were very impressed with the work that they did at our home, their rates are reasonable and their installation was seemed impressive. They have good ideas and worked hard to satisfy us. After the installation was completed we started to notice problems with the grout washing out, Ken promised up and down that he backs up his work but is impossible to try to get back out after check is in his hand. I guess we will continue looking around for another contractor for future projects.
