You must order foods such as the fondue or Schweinshaxe one day in advanced!! Really wanted to visit this place for dinner, we asked to book a table, which is apparently not required. When we returned in the evening we had to wait 20 mins which was ok only to find out it is impossible to get fondue. We ended up moving to a different restaurant. 3 stars because I was really disappointed but cannot comment of the quality as we did not eat there.
