never go to this place again. receptionist doesn't know what she is doing. It took her more than 1 hour just to adjusted my glasses, but she still could not do it. I have to do it by myself when I went home. I paid 400 plus but got 2 pairs of cheap glasses with no brand, that have a lot of scratches and it hurt my eyes as hell. now my eyes still swollen from wearing their prescription glasses. The doctor don't want to check my eyes unless I pay again. anyways I'm going to another place. they just want to take your money here and not care for your eyes problems.

They say they they open at 10 AM on Thursday but nobody was there till 10:30 AM . Everyone was waiting for half an hour outside and still no signs of any member. Then all of us left. Why do you post a time when you can't be there and waste others time.

I am never going to this place again. They don't return phone calls, their lab takes forever assembling glasses. I waited three weeks for a pair of glasses that I was supposed to get in two weeks. Then I saw there was a scratch in the lens and had to wait another three weeks for a replacement lens I was also supposed to have gotten in two weeks. The receptionist told me to come after 3pm to get the lens replaced then when I showed up she told me that the lab assistant was running late and wouldn't be there until 5. I showed up at 10am one morning and waited until 10:15 and the receptionist still hadn't showed. Another day I showed up after 3 and they had closed early for a staff meeting. They close every day for one and a half hours for lunch. Their attitude towards costumer service is very lax and uncaring. Going somewhere else from now on.

They never return phone calls or answer the phone unless you call like five times,I had to be calling them to find out when my contacts would arrive because a week after my appointment they still hasn't called me to let me know anything , when I showed up to pick up my contacts it was closed for lunch which is supposed to be from 1:30-3 but I got there before they had already closed........ First and last time here for sure

I have told change my review. Dr. V is great, his staff on the other hand..... Horrible. 1. They never called to let us know our glasses are in. 2. We paid for transitions that were not added to the glasses, so there went another 3 weeks. Staff gave me attitude when I asked if this would count toward our redo. Was reassured by Dr V that we still had a redo, just in case anything was wrong. 3. Something did go wrong, we needed a redo, got so much unessesary attitude from the staff. Kept delaying everything, never returned calls, never had a reply or answered for several weeks... It was obvious the staff mede the mistake. And 4. After all that, Dr V okayed the redo, and somehow, the glasses were lost. It's been over a month and we still don't know if the glasses are ready.
