The worst experience ever! He offered a guarantee on his product, limited in my situation because of the condition of my driveway. Nonetheless, I accepted his term. He was so anxious for my money that he sealed the driveway in the rain and told me that it would not affect the sealing. He said if it didn't seal properly, he would redo it. No problem. I called him a few hours after and told him it didn't seal and we made arrangement to have him return. That was over a month ago!! I was not unreasonable. He made several excuses for not coming and I accepted his explanation. All I asked of him was to give me the courtesy of a phone call to communicate any issues. Let's just say, he ignored every communication after 2 weeks, including my request for a refund and threats to seek legal action! So, his lack of professionalism and customer focus has earned him a lawsuit. NEVER AGAIN!!! I would not only refuse to recommend A for services, I would take it a step further and proactively say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!
