She rushes you, doesn’t let you ask questions, and is extremely rude. She literally told me “You know there are other doctors in your insurance that you can see besides me, right?” In a super nasty tone because I kept asking her questions...as a DOCTOR it is YOUR JOB to educate me about my concerns. Also I got bloodwork done one time and they “misplaced it” so I had to go in for more. When I came back, Dr. Divino told me to leave and “I was fine, there is no need” in a rude tone, even though the nurse that took my blood called me separately and told me to come back. All in all, 0/10 recommended. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses who work FOR her are lovely. Dr.Divino could care less about her patients.

Doctor wouldn’t listen to me. I’ve been having problems ever since I miscarried and I left feeling unresolved. She told me everything I already knew. My primary care suspected endometriosis based off my symptoms and Divino wouldn’t even consider that, she shut me down when I would speak. The star I gave is for the staff, they’re ok. The front desk is nice. I would return to my last OBGYN before I’d come here again.

Horrible doctor!!! She walked in the the room and didnt care about what I was saying, she completely shut me down. I recently became pregnant and haven't been feeling good. I need to sit more and just be able to go to the bathroom more often since I work in a wearhouse. So I asked her if she could fill out accommodations for my job and her answer was " pregnancy is not a disease". What kind of person says that to a pregnant woman that actually has been pregnant before and knows what I can and can't handle. The job I have now requires me to lift up to 50 pounds for 10 hours a day. If I'm telling you my job is making me feel dizzy and I dont want to faint at work you should be able to as a doctor fill out the paperwork needed so that I can have a 15 min break every once in a while so that I dont fall over or god forbid have a miscarriage. Considering suing her for putting in danger my pregnancy and not listening to my concerns.

Not a good experience at all. I’ve been going to her for a few years and didn’t think there was a problem but the issue I came in for never went away. I had to keep coming back to get it solved. My last visit was the last straw. She’s always so busy so it’s so hard to get an immediate appointment with her. I’m addition, after we discussed that things aren’t right with my system, she told me that I may have a hard time having children and when I asked why she said that if I didn’t plan on having kids at that moment, then I don’t have to worry and think about it then. Obviously, I will think about it, so I kept asking her what could be wrong and what we could do to fix it. She told me not to worry and our office chat was literally like less than 5 minutes long. She’s always so busy. I left there feeling very uncertain and not having the problem solved. I chose a new Gyno and could not be happier with my choice. She made me feel like I was the only person she was seeing that day. Our discussion addressed all my concerns and lasted about a half hour. She was courteous, empathetic and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. She said we will do everything we can to find the cause for my issue, as she has thoughts on what it could be and wants to find the answer. It feels nice to know she was there for me during the entire process. Comparing her to divino is not even possible. I personally do not advice seeing this woman. Hopefully she becomes more relatable and concerned for the sake of her effectiveness with patients.

The people at the front are amazing and sweet but the gyno herself does not take you seriously, not worth it!! Please beware of being dissatisfied

Went to see Dr. Divino for the first time recently. Had no choice because Dr. Berkman has been out sick and it will be indefinitely or if he even comes back. The office is in the process of changing the patients over to their new system and it's just messy right now. Understandable. Wouldn't have minded as much If the front desk had better manners. More from Norma honestly. The other 2, especially Damaris is the nicest. Every time iveI gone to the office, there have been new people, wherher it be at the desk or in the back. Complete turn off. I have been researching new doctors since Dr. Berkman has been out. I am honestly leaning towards leaving this office, which is disappointing.
