It was a ok experience . They got a lot of varieties of shoes .. tough to get help ... have to go on a sale .. if. It price is a lil high on some brands . Formal shoe varieties are good . Overall an average experience..

Very good DSW store. Located on the same plaza as Marshall's and BB&B. Very convenient location, just off US-1. It's hard to see from the highway though.

The shelves were empty. And the customer service was horrible at the register. One of the employees was complaining to the manager about a customer. The employee was so loud. No matter what you should never discuss another customer around others. And the manager working concurred with the young lady. Bad business.

Horrible customer service I was trying to do curbside pick up during the Covid because I’m 8 months pregnant and they put me on hold for like 20min. Finally I have to go stay in line inside the store for another 15min. And I ask cashier why nobody pick up the phone and tell her my story she even didn’t said sorry. Horrible service

Omgggg so horrible they don't offer any deals...I spent 100.00 nd They Didn't Even Send Me A 10.00 Off Coupon Or Anything...What A Disgrace To All Human Kind...We Are All In A Pandemic Rite Now. You Would Think They Understand That ...And Look Out ...For We The Ppl...Especially During Holiday Time...I Am So VERY DISAPPOINTED IN DSW .
