After an agreed-to work order and price, this roofer employed the trusted bait and switch tactic in which he offered another fix. He didn’t come down on the price for doing less work and ended up using only my materials and did not come anywhere near the desired outcome. I ended up paying hundreds for a glorified patch job that took less than an hour, didn’t satisfy and looked horrible. When I asked him to do what we originally agreed to, he wanted to charge hundreds more. Plus the work he did failed during the first windstorm. This roofer was not interested in working with me but rather arguing with me. What a strange way to increase business.
