BY FAR, worst Dr. and staff I’ve ever had to deal with, ( at least the past two years). I was a patient there for many years, but unfortunately I started to see a change in the dr and the staff. I recently had a serious matter I was dealing with and just felt like I was being dismissed by them. I had tests done and called for over a week for my results and couldn’t get a straight answer from them. Then finally, very matter of fact, I get “oh your results are fine” I asked if anyone was going to call me and was told “when I got to them”. That was it for me. I found a new dr who is wonderful. Back to Dr. Magier, I asked several times for my records as did my new dr. I signed off on a release form and that was a over a year and a half ago. Fast forward to today (3/12/21) a year and a half later I desperately needed my records and was still being given a hard time. The only way I was able to get them was with a letter from my attorney and new release form. Think twice before going here!

Dr. Magier has been my OBG for 11 years, delivered my 2 kids and attends my medical needs. He’s professional, kind and explains your medical issues in terms you can understand. Yes there’s a wait in the examination room but it’s worthwhile! He takes time with all his patients because we have different medical issues and concerns. A doctors office shouldn’t feel like a quick walk-in and you’re out. I never had a bad experience with him or his staff. They’ve been accommodating even during these crazy COVID times. I highly recommend him.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Magier for the last 10 years. He’s delivered 3 of my boys and will be delivering my 4th this year. His office staff if very pleasant. His wife works there some days and she is so nice. She treats me and my family as if we were part of her family. She absolutely adores my boys. Sometimes, there is a little bit of a wait. I’ve been in the office for 1-2 hours on several occasions. That includes waiting and the time he spends with me. He really takes his time to go over everything and answers any questions you may have. I don’t mind it because he’s not rushing to go from patient to patient. He remembers each of my deliveries which is pretty impressive given that I’ve had 3 so far in a 10 year spand. He’s also very polite, soft spoken and gentle with a little sense of humor. If you are looking for a doctor who takes his time then he’s the one.
Reporting this doctor to the board of health! I just found out that this doctor had results of mine that he never disclosed to me! Horrible doctor. I am disgusted!!! I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR! I am beyond upset and terrified.
I highly advise that you *DO NOT* come here under any circumstances. Doctors Assistant/ Receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as no bedside manner. She will hang up the phone on you if she cannot handle the conversation, she will not pass along messages for the doctor to call you back. Doctor will not call you back regarding lab results that need to be addressed/ discussed. Doctor will also hang up on you because he “doesn’t have time”, despite you needing some questions and concerns answered and addressed. Not to mention the laundry list of other issues I experienced. - All in all, to recap, if you don't mind chasing a doctor whose only in the office twice a week, will likely never answer the phone and will never get back to you while you're anxiously awaiting results. Then maybe this is the place for you. Otherwise, I certainly would advise going to an office that is open majority of the week and will follow through with results when necessary.
I've been Dr Maggie's patient since 2005, and today for the second time I've got disappointed with the staff. The girl that answers the phone wasn't very polite. I've called for a prescription to be send to my pharmacy, a day later still no prescription. I called the office and the girl just hung up on me without letting me to finish. Not to mention, the appointments became ridiculously long. Last 3 times I was waiting for over 45 min in the exam room naked, I guess it's time to find a different DR.
He literally hung up on me without allowing me to speak. I have never been to a place so unprofessional in my life. They lost my blood and never sent it to the lab and when I called to ask where it is I got a call back from the doctor, he said will not see me as a patient anymore and hung up in my face.
Dr. Magier is a nice doctor at times and the secretary is very caring and nice. I highly recommend this doctor.
