Dr. Ghanekar is a typical old school Indian doctor who does not have an ounce of American medical etiquette . She dominates every conversation, does not let the patient speak and gives unnecessary examples while answering patient's questions. She makes the whole experience uncomfortable. The clinic 's ambiance is not welcoming. She and her receptionists openly discuss other patients history in front of others. She does not think twice before insulting the patient. She is the doctor for patients who prefer to be treated dumb and brain dead.
