I was having such a hard time with printing and she went out of her way to not only be kind during a time where it is mostly needed but she made sure I left with all my printed material without stressing further about it. Great location, conveniently located on route one southbound... there is a ton of parking, the location is clean, the staff was super informative and professional, and the store was very well organized. They have all of your copy, printing, and office needs. They also now have cleaning supplies and some light snacks along with water and some other miscellaneous items...

Met with exemplary and outstanding service today. I was greeted who I now know is the manager, to assist in purchasing an ergonomic office chair. The manager checked in the back for additional stock of ergonomic chairs and found one just for my need. I haven't had this type of customer svc in a long time. Manager and crew were simply awesome!

Friendly customer service throughout the store. Upon check out I had asked the cashier if they had any online coupons I could look up. She leaned over and replied "say what?" and dragged it out so that it probably was a good 20 seconds to say. Maybe she was tired but I still just stared back and asked if she was okay. As far as coupons, she really didn't think so was my answer. Thanks for the opinion, it helped nothing.

Nastiest experience ever. The Store manager, her name is Kathy or something like that us SUPER RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She screams at customer ! Who does that ! She made it sound like its my fault if online they say they had 1 item left and its a floor model. Even asked her to buy the floor model, she screamed at me as if im asking it for free. People like this should be KICKED OUT !!!!! NASTY

Bought a keyboar today from the staples on green street. The keyboard was about 100. When I went home, I realized that they keyboard was missing a wire. I went back to the store and the IT person and the manager helped me out. Very Good Customer Service !!! I would only buy from this store !!! Been Customer for over 20 Years . . .
