they almost killed my dog. my dog had Ear hematoma and he needed a surgery to fix the problem. when the surgery was done they called me to pick up my dog. when i got there my dog was making loud noise but they told me that he was excited to see me so i believe them. when i got home i noticed that my dog didnt move and his face turned blue at that moment i realized that my dog was having problem breathing so i went back to the vet after that i was waiting for doctor. when she came out she said that my dog was not make it. and she let me see my dog so i can make a decision. my dog was connected to a machine to help him breathe. i called my sister and she talk to them. and they tranfered my dog to an animal emergency hospital. they saved my dog and they told me that my dog had a lot of fluids in his lungs. thank God they saved my dog now he is better. my dog name is dexter my last name is ortiz

The staff at VCA Iselin have always been extremely friendly and professional. They have looked over my two pets for the past six years and I cannot say enough good things about them. They go above and beyond for my pets. Be sure to check out the Careclub program because it really has helped me not have to worry about surprise vet costs for vaccines and routine exams.
I have been taking my frenchie here for the past 5 yeras, and I couldn't be happier with the care he has received. From the doctors to the techs to the front desk, everyone is friendly, professional, and thoughful. I highly recommend to all pet parents!
I would have been a new client. This is my first time having a kitten and I was so excited about my first vet visit. I called today at 5:14pm to try to make a first check up appointment, the person who answered call sounded extremely rude and made me frustrated. Even I was be able to make appointment I probably will not want go there. Please figure out her name and teach your stuff how to communicate to client via phone call.
Such a friendly staff :) Maisie loves everyone here. The puppy insurance plan is great too! Make sure you ask about it! I highly recommend
