I really enjoyed my stay here but they aren't very flexible with checking in and out time. You are not allowed to stay in the communal area once you've checked out. I understand this is normal but it might nice to be flexible for one hour especially I stayed there for 8 nights. It's convenient located with only 10mins walk to the bus terminal and port where you go to other islands. There's a family mart nearby. I used the kitchen everyday and it's clean and spacious. They have most things that you'd need. The staff is nice if you need anything. The facilities are new and very clean. Love the bathroom and toilets which are spotless! It made my stay very comfortable. Also the bedsheet is really clean too. They actually provide you with big and small towels and toothbrushtoothpaste set and they replace them EVERYDAY. It doesn't matter whether you use them or not. I didn't need a small towel and toothbrush and toothpaste so had to ask them stop giving them to me! I stayed here beginning of July for 8 nights in total. And it's quiet as not many tourists yet. But I'd imagine it'd be a bit noisy with more people moving around and packing/unpacking. The communal area is great with seating areas to read manga which are provided too. There's a TV. There's a locker in your room too. It comes with a key locker. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here. I didn't want to move elsewhere as I had food in the fridge but also it's just so clean and comfortable to stay here.

had a nice and calm stay at the hostel. modern & clean facilities, good location, yet a bit pricy. even though the hostel has a nice common area, it wasn‘t a very social hostel during the four days i spent there. didn’t seem as if it attracts many backpackers. also be aware, you will need google translate to communicate with hostel staff. none of the staff i talked to spoke english (not even basic knowledge), making recommendations for things to do a bit difficult. good hostel, really comes down to what you‘re looking for
Very nice and clean Hostel, the dorm capsules are spacious and have a little safe built in. Mine, however, smelt really bad inside. The common area and kitchen has all the basics, like a TV, cups, plates, water heater, microwave, etc. Really strange is the check out policy. After 10 am the day you check out you are no longer allowed to sit in the common area or use the bathroom. You have to sit at the reception. First hostel with such a strange and strict policy. I had to leave for the bus at 10.30 am and they asked me to leave at 10.08 am as it was after 10. Or pay 700 yen. So a nice place but this policy is very weird.
Nice staff but having a heavy smell of wood. Keeping sneezing when getting into bed and before sleep. And if next door keep moving, turning around , packing, touching plastic bags, you are NOT ABLE to sleep... No locking of your "room" , just a pull down curtain. Common rm very nice and clean with seashore decorations
We spent 3 nights at this hostel and everything was simply perfect. A great solution for travellers who like to interact, want comfortable beds, a little privacy but don't need too much space. All this for on a very good budget and with very friendly staff members.
I will come back! There are nice people, nice view and nice price. I love this place very much.
Very helpful staff. Good experience.
Nice guesthouse but quite far from bus terminal.
