Very nice hotel and excellent customer service. Room was nice and aircon was nice. Room had enough space and bed was comfortable. Hotel spa was also nice. At breakfast there was enough choices to select a good breakfast.

It’s a clean hotel with the staff really doing their best to give you a good experience but, that’s about it. If you did not drive into Ishinomaki then the location is terrible; everything is at least a 30 minutes walk away.
