POOR SERVICE. The atm located in this garage isn't safe. Constantly there are guys interfering with the ATM inside the garage. Secondly I bought pie (in September 2018) at their bakery and it was off. I couldn't go back for a refund but I wasn't really happy with this. To make matters even worse, today (19/11/2018 21:05) I bought airtime from cashier Mbali but it has been used 3 days ago. I called and asked to speak to the manager on shift (Cassim) but he was extremely rude. Took a drive back to the garage to get a refund for my R100 airtime but the manager locked himself in his office and didn't want to assist me. I therefore called Telkom in front of their staff and they confirmed that the airtime has been used. That been said the manager still refuses to give me a refund and it's 22:49pm, as I wait for him to attend to my complaint...
