Received a wonderful shiatsu massage on Isla Mujeres. The owner, Nirit Ben David is a specialist in Chinese medicine and a licensed Shiatsu Masseuse and Acupuncturist. I arrived to the island with nagging lower back pain and after an hour long shiatsu massage, Nirit was able to work her magic. Highly recommend! You need to make an appointment and Nirit is very responsive to accommodate via email and her Facebook page.
