We recently visited Isla Mujeres with the ScubaCaribe crew and they were extremely helpful, attentive and made sure the party kept going while remaining professional the entire time. They have an on board photographer who will capture your moments along the way as well. The trip has several stops, the team leads dropped us off, made sure we knew where the meeting points were and the exact time we needed to be back. Excellent experience only downside would be more time on the islands would make an already great experience even better.

WiFi good. No major networks peaceful resort. They do try to make you comfortable. Lots of newlyweds. And a lot of over forty. About 50-50. Beaches very dirty from seaweed. Can't swim in the water but the pool is heated and very relaxing.

The service is very poor, although the staff is very helpful. The beach is very dirty full of seaweed. It is impossible to swim. It is a 3 stars hotel not what we expect from a Palace Resort.

You feel like a king ! The hotel gives u cradit for evry night u stay and u can use it to othet things to do in the island

Wifi was very good, beach was nice, though filled with sea weeds and painful rocks /. Not really a place to go swimming, more for relaxing.
