Captain Ted was such a treat! I suggest booking him (or his son Donnie) as early as possible since he fills up pretty quickly. Don't worry about the weather since he will reschedule if it becomes unsafe. The boats accommodate up to 3 guests, but I'd say 2 is the most pleasant experience. Very clean and COVID friendly during these times! He came equipped with multiple rods and bait which meant fishing for multiple types of fish. He was wonderful to talk to and an experienced fisherman. He knows the waters and will make recommendations of what is best to go for that day, but can also help you if you have a specific fish or experience in mind. I can see why he has regulars because I can't wait to go back to him again!

Amazing day of fishing with Captain Donnie! We had the best time. Worth every penny. Just go ahead and book! Ps. Highly recommend going to Lazy Days after to have them prepare your catch.

My 14 yr old and I went fishing with Captain Ted today, we had the time our life.. He taught my son everything from safety to fishing. He knew exactly where the fish were going to be in a cold front like today. Everything he said leading up to the trip was 100% true and accurate. All day long we caught fish one after another, it got to the point where we had to head back because we were exhausted. Captain Ted even got us onto a 100 lb Tarpon, which is completely out of season now. It was a 45 minute battle none us will ever forget. I recommend Captain Ted to anyone who wants go fishing with a local experienced fisherman that knows the waters and really wants to catch a lot of fish. Captain Ted, THANK YOU for the great lifetime memories.. See you next year !!
