I loved the store, it is so different from the Starbucks in Miami. I loved the outside sitting area. There was a big line but it was moving quickly. I will be returning, the cashier was really nice and they were very attentive. They also made sure everyone was wearing their masks.

Last Starbucks to the keys. Insane line and no mobile ordering. Very cool short walk to the water behind it/ dock/ cool birds swimming/ lots of fish/ cool sunrise.
I’m a huge Starbucks fan. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been! Staff was rude and slow. There was only one person in front of us in line. I asked for a decaf latte (drove 25 minutes to the store - the closest one to us in the Keys) and after waiting a long time, getting the first 2 drinks I ordered, was told they didn’t have anymore decaf espresso. I thought this was strange since I just had a bag of it ground and there were several on the shelf. I also had 2 bags of coffee ground. Those also took a long time. After I got the first one, I had to ask for the second one which was RIGHT NEXT to the grinder. She just said “oh” and SLOWLY made her way back to the grinder. The bathroom was also very dirty. I’ve decided to save my 7 a day habit and have invested in my own espresso machine at home.
Another great Starbucks... Nice outside seating area, though would be better if it had a charging station for our phones, so had to stay inside to be able to charge (Thank you for having this option available)... Wifi is good! Just had coffee today, good as always!
Very long line on a Tuesday. Ordering and drink were appropriate. However, the woman hearing up the food was not just slow, she was lazy. Instead of delivering the orders the moment they were ready, she waited until she had two or three orders ready to walk across to the waiting side and deliver them. This created a backlog of people inside the waiting area (during Covid) that didn’t need to be there... not to mention the extra waiting time. My food was sitting on the counter waiting for her other two orders to be ready approximately 10 minutes. Even after I asked, I still waited a good 3-5 minutes more. Absolutely infuriating.
My adult daughter and I walked into store around 11 a.m. Was not busy, one person ahead of us in line. We were looking over menu unsure of what we wanted to try that day. Lady behind counter was very insistent and rude saying in a demanding voice, “what do you want” today. My daughter ordered and I was asking about an iced coffee and was told they were not serving ice coffees anymore today. So I ordered a fruit tea, which had ice, instead. Also my daughter had ordered an “iced” expresso. Will not return here
Your Starbucks 80 miles before the last one in key west. Honestly the service could be better here but there were some great associates... some were just maybe not having a good day
Extremely rude staff. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks location with this bad of a staff. Everyone had a major attitude and the bathroom was dirty. Starbucks should be embarrassed at how this location is representing their brand.
