I was vacationing in Islamorada for a week and found Lori's yoga studio via Google. I attended 2 classes and loved both. The atmosphere is calm and the space was lovely and Lori is a very good teacher. I will definitely return when we come back next May. It was a very welcoming and pleasant experience and I felt very relaxed and stretched out at the end of the classes.

Outstanding yoga experience. I practice yoga at least once a week and wanted to do so while on vacation. I found Islamorada Yoga through a web search. Lori was very kind and welcome when I called to inquire, as well as when we arrived. She led us through a pleasant flow that was appropriate for all levels. I will most definitely visit Islamorada yoga next time I am in town.
Super convenient location, modern yet peaceful layout, ample space & plenty of equipment. Different style every class prefect for all skill levels. Lori is awesome in everyway! Prices are the best around also!

Lori was a friendly teacher who led a restorative but challenging class. The studio was clean, and her flows can be modified for all levels of difficulty. Thanks for a great class!
