This place was great and very refreshingly honest. This was the first time we ever rented a golf cart. We rented one for our two week stay. They took 50 off of the price because we paid cash, so we paid 950 for the two weeks. It’s typically 500 per week for a six person cart. Here’s the impressive part. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Isaias, we lost our second week. Island Cart Rentals refunded us exactly half of our money. I really expected to get a check for 450 and be charged the 500 for the first week, and I also would have even been perfectly fine with that. However, they refunded us 475. To some, that may not seem like a big deal, but it’s their code of ethics that I wish to praise. That’s incredibly upstanding and honest in this greed driven, get ahead at all costs society that we live in. Thank you, Island Cart Rentals.

Kevin sold us a cart for our farm a stripped down, heavily used cart that most folks wouldn't consider... but it was a perfect fit and we would be lost without it! Our budget was less than puny but Kevin still squeezed out a way to get us in a cart. He will go the extra mile and has never let us down (2nd cart from him). Thanks Kevin!!

Our golf cart lost a lug nut on Sunday morning. We called 6 other cart rental companies and none of them were able to help us out with another lug nut. Donna did not hesitate to offer to meet us on Ocean Isle and GIVE, not sell, us a lug nut. Amazing customer service, outstanding professionalism, and extra bonus points for going out of their way to help us. If we ever have to rent a cart in the future, we will use Island Cart Rentals
