Marissa is always super helpful and super nice! Emails and phone calls are answered *insanely* fast. I absolutely love island disposal, they do a great job and I have zero complaints. Highly recommended! I hope they offer curbside recycling soon. :)

Island Disposal is my regular weekly household waste removal service. I needed to change something about my service and sent an email via their website. I received the change and an email confirmation on the very next business morning. As with other communications in the past, they are quickly responsive, courteous and thorough.

My mother has had service for quite some time and on occasion I have to call in for her when there are issues, which unfortunately seems to happen every once in a while. A while back I had received attitude from an older sounding woman named Marissa, and let me tell you I will never forget that phone call. She was completely unprofessional, and her tone sounded like she hated her job, which in turn made me hate my experience. Long story short a few days ago I needed to help my mother with another account issue and I had called in to see what could be done and I received help from a woman named Marissa, who was completely respectful and kind. Also sounded quite a bit younger, which led me to ask if there was more than one Marissa there. Turns out there is, but now the unhelpful one goes by Debbie. The Marissa I had spoken to helped me resolve a simple issue and made me feel like she cared, so thank you.
