I've been putting off getting new flooring done for years - so many choices and the logistics of actually getting them done. Our salesman, Greg, was so incredibly helpful! So much to choose from. The gentleman who actually laid the floors - John - was nothing short of a wizard! Such craftsmanship! All this - and socially distant! Can't recommend them enough!

Flooring at our place at Avanti 22 is absolute garbage. Our place is a year old and the laminate came apart (we don't have kids or pets). The attempted repair was unsuccessful. Likely the developer purchased the cheapest product they could get and it shows.

I am sorry to say that the treatment I have received on two separate occasions at this establishment, has been nothing less than dismissive and condescending. I was treated in a way that made me feel that because I wasn’t spending more than a ton of money, I was wasting their time. I hope I never have to meet these people again.

I highly recommend Island Flooring. Brian, Dave and the rest of the team were so helpful in a tough situation - the company that made the flooring I ordered had a problem with their shipping system, and Brian bent over backwards to make sure we had flooring to install on time. I came into the store with one project to tackle, but after seeing their showroom (which is beautiful, uncluttered, and very relaxing), I now have big ideas for my next home improvement!
